Upon attending The University of Texas & Missouri State University, Kevin began his professional journey in public accounting, where he honed his skills in financial principles. He then transitioned seamlessly into commercial banking and lending, specializing in high-net-worth families, CFOs, real estate developers, investors, and business owners. Kevin enjoys not only working with his clients but also understanding the overall banking business, despite it being one of his more boring passions.

Kevin has played a pivotal role in originating over $1.5 billion in debt, accumulating invaluable insights and experience along the way. His career trajectory has been marked by a deep understanding of financial dynamics and deal structuring, along with an ability to forge deep relationships. By cultivating these core relationships, Kevin has played a key role in forming numerous joint ventures, facilitating connections between capital providers and those in need of funding, and vice versa. 

During his tenure, Kevin began to observe an upward trend in the scale of deal sizes, coinciding with a growing market demand for comprehensive financing solutions encompassing both debt and equity services. This realization fueled the inception of Redmon Capital.
